Feeling fully confident in your purchase matters - that’s why we offer a 90-day warranty. If you encounter any issues that affect your experiences, returns are free and easy.
What’s Covered?
1. Wrong Item
If you receive a size, color, or product that is different from what you ordered, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
2. Damaged or Poor Quality
If your jersey has manufacturing defects upon arrival, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.
Covered defects:

Zipper Malfunctions – Doesn’t lock, gets stuck, breaks, or separates.

Fabric Defects – Pilling, tearing, weak stitching, or inconsistencies.

Poor Craftsmanship – Uneven stitching, loose threads, weak seams, or misaligned panels.

Elastic Band Failures – Loose, overstretched, ineffective sleeve or waist grippers.

Low print quality – Blurred, peeling, or misaligned prints.
3. Sizing Issues
If the size you ordered is correct, but the jersey's actual measurements do not match the size chart on our store due to a manufacturing error, we will consider it a sizing issue.
In this case, you have the following options:

Return it for a full refund OR
-
Return it for a free replacement in the correct size.
4. Faded or Broken From Regular Use
If your jersey experiences fading, seam failures, or zipper malfunctions due to normal cycling wear within 90 days, we will provide a free replacement (please note that the refund is not applicable in this case).
Exclusions
We want to ensure a smooth return process, but please note that the following cases do not qualify for a free replacement or refund:

Ordered the Wrong Item – If you accidentally chose the wrong size, color, or product, we unfortunately can't offer a free replacement.

Changed Your Mind – If you decide the jersey isn’t for you after purchasing, we’re unable to process a return.

Worn or Washed Items – We can’t accept returns for products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper use.

Past the Return Window – Requests made after the return period has expired won’t be eligible.
Good news:
If you order the wrong size, color, or product, or simply change your mind, you can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours according to our Modifications & Cancellations policy.
How Does 90-day Warranty Work?
If you experience any of the above issues within 90 days, follow these simple steps:

2️. Review & Approval
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and confirm eligibility.

If approved, we will send you a prepaid return label (we cover the return shipping cost) and other return instructions.

If additional information is needed, we may request further details before continuing the process.
Once approved, you can proceed with the return process according to our policy.
3. Return The Item Using The Provided Return Label

For a Refund:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your 100% refund to your original payment method.

For a Replacement:
You have two options when requesting a replacement:
Option 1: Standard Replacement Process

Return the item using the prepaid return label provided (we cover the return shipping cost).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement to you if it qualifies.
Option 2: Faster Replacement with Immediate Shipping

Return the item using the prepaid return label (we cover the return shipping cost).

Place a new order on our store with free shipping, and we will ship your replacement immediately.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase if it qualifies (this option ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible while we process your return).
