At Joyoneer, we want you to shop with confidence. If you experience any issues with your purchase, we’re happy to take back the product and provide either a full refund or a free replacement, depending on the time period of your request.
Specifically, every order comes with two protections:
7-Day Risk-Free Ride Trial (from delivery date)
We believe the only way to know if something truly fits your ride is to take it out on the road.
Within 7 days from delivery date, you can wear, ride, wash and test the kit freely in real riding conditions.
If you’re not happy with the fit or product quality, you can return it for a full refund.
Requirements:

Contact us and make a request within 7 days of delivery.

Keep the original packaging.

Please do not return any item without receiving confirmation from us first. Unapproved returns are not eligible for refund.
What’s Covered?
1. Sizing issues: The size you ordered is correct, but the kit's actual measurements do not match the size chart on our store, resulting in a poor fit caused by a manufacturing error.
2. Wrong Item: You receive a size, color, or product that is different from what you ordered.
3. Damaged or Poor Quality: Your kit has manufacturing defects upon arrival.
Covered defects:

Zipper malfunctions: Doesn’t lock, gets stuck, breaks, or separates.

Fabric defects: Pilling, tearing, weak stitching, or inconsistencies.

Poor craftsmanship: Uneven stitching, loose threads, weak seams, or misaligned panels.

Elastic band failures: Loose, overstretched, ineffective sleeve or waist grippers.

Low print quality: Blurred, peeling, or misaligned prints.
4. Faded or Broken From Regular Use: Your kit experiences fading, seam failures, or zipper malfunctions due to normal cycling wear.
90-Day Warranty (from delivery date)
After your 7-day free ride trial ends, your kit is still protected for 90 days against manufacturing defects, fit and quality issues.
The coverage during this period is the same as in the 7-day trial. However, please note that:

During this period, you are eligible for a free replacement only.

Refunds are not applicable once the 7-day free ride trial has passed.
Exclusions
Our Return & Refund policy does not cover:

Ordering the wrong size, color, or product by mistake.

Changing your mind after purchase.
-
Items worn, washed, or altered outside normal use.

Requests made after the 90-day period has passed.
Good news: If you order the wrong size, color, or product, or simply change your mind, you can modify or cancel your order within 3 hours according to our Modifications & Cancellations policy.
How To Report An Issue?
If your order experiences any of the issues covered under our 7-Day Free Ride Trial or 90-Day Warranty, follow these simple steps:

Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Step 2: Review & Approval
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and confirm eligibility.

If approved, we will send you a prepaid return label (we cover the return shipping cost) and other return instructions.

If additional information is needed, we may request further details before continuing the process.
Once approved, you can proceed with the return process according to our policy.
Step 3: Return The Item Using The Provided Return Label

For a Refund:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your 100% refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to complete the transaction.

For a Replacement:
You can choose between two options:
Option 1: Standard Replacement Process

Return the item using the prepaid return label provided (we cover the return shipping cost).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement to you within 5-7 business days if it qualifies
Option 2: Faster Replacement with Immediate Shipping

Return the item using the prepaid return label (we cover the return shipping cost).

Place a new order on our store with free shipping, and we will ship your replacement immediately.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase if it qualifies (this option ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible while we process your return).
